The tour

On the shores of Lake Balaton, where the horizon blends with the calm waters, a stunning landscape unfolds, welcoming every traveler. This approximately 500 km tour is a challenge for those who enjoy being on the road and don't mind long distances. The journey begins towards Güssing, where the border to Hungary is crossed. After a brief stop in Körmend, the route continues to Keszthely on Lake Balaton. From there, it leads through Veszprém and Balatonfüzfö, before reaching Zamárdi via Siófok, where the ferry serves as the tour's highlight. The return journey through Hungary’s vast plains takes us through Savar and Szombathely, eventually leading back to Neustift.
